The Tendresse dolls range by Kaloo is a genuinely heart melting range, with exquisite attention to design, fabrication and manufacturing. There are 12 doll designs, each with their own name, wearing a dress, neck ribbon and a bonnet or head accessory, except Lucas that’s more favoured towards boys wearing trousers and a bonnet. The dolls cover a range of ethnicities including Manon with an African skin tone, Jade with an Asia skin tone and Emma’s that’s Mediterranean. There’s also an inclusive selection of hair colours including Chloe that’s blonde and Valentine that’s ginger. The newly released dolls include the gorgeous Iris, a first of its kind with long hair that is styled in a plat.

The collection of premium Kaloo dolls have chunky limbs that are easy to grip by small hands, are made in super soft fabrics that are cosy to cuddly, play and sleep with. They are also machine washable which is a particularly huge benefit in the current climate. Each doll also houses a ribbon on their reverse that can be written on with the child’s name or special message. The dolls are individually sold in a presentation box that is suitable for gifting and given that the range is suitable from Birth they make for perfect gifts for Baby showers to those first few Birthdays.

The 2 new dolls this season are Iris and Aurore. The former is styled like a princess wearing a tiara, long ponytail, peach dress with trim and is available in both 25cm and 32cm. Aurore carries a night time theme, wearing a stardust print dress with matching flower on her bonnet. She comes in 25cm WITH a glow in the dark embroidered moon on her front – perfect for encouraging bed time. She is also available in a 31cm option and is the first Tendresse doll to have a musical element. Little ones call pull the star to her reverse to activate the ‘Au Clair de la Lune’ musical.
